What is the difference between full brush coverage and a chessboard pattern filling?

The main difference between full brush coverage and a chessboard pattern filling is the system’s ability to clean the surface of tires from dirt.

Full brush coverage is recommended for areas exposed to heavy dirt or with a high number of tire passes over the Polmar System.

Chessboard pattern filling is recommended where dirt is less prevalent or the frequency of tire passes over the system is lower.

Both types of fillings have their advantages. Full filling offers higher effectiveness in removing dirt from tires, while the checkerboard pattern filling provides greater capacity to accumulate dirt, allowing for less frequent cleaning of contaminants from under the cleaning system.
